Transition from Primary to Post-Primary for Pupils with SEN: Challenges for the Pupil and Strategies for the Teacher

Many Education Centres in collaboration with SESS will be scheduling after school seminar deliveries in relation to Transition from Primary to Post-Primary for Pupils with Special Educational Needs. These 2.5 hour seminars are aimed at all teaching professionals within both the primary and post-primary sectors. Teachers who attend will get a booklet which contains sample activities that can be used with pupils. Seminars for the 2008-2009 academic year have now finished.
