Summary Description
This evening seminar is designed to provide an outline of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs (SEN) in their transition from primary to post-primary school and to present suggestions and strategies that can be applied by schools in order to facilitate that transition.

This evening seminar is delivered in Education Centres. It is aimed at all teaching professionals within the primary and post-primary sector including class teachers, subject teachers, Special Education Teachers, Principals and Deputy Principals.
